Capture of the Amadea Superyacht
The Amadea, a 350-ft, $300-million superyacht, was seized by Department of Justice Kleptocapture task force, in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The ship is owned by Russian oligarch Suleiman Kerimov, who has just had an additional $1 billion in funds frozen.
Talk about having a bad month.
